Our Clinical Infrastructure

Bold You Wellness partners with a physician-led, multi-state clinical network to deliver evidence-based care to patients across all 50 states. Every patient intake is reviewed individually by an independently licensed healthcare provider — including MDs, DOs, and NPs — before any prescription is issued.

All medications are dispensed by FDA-registered 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies operating under USP 795/797 sterility standards, with third-party potency testing on every batch. Our platform operates in full compliance with state-specific telehealth prescribing laws, Ryan Haight Act requirements, and HIPAA privacy standards.

Founder Justin Blankenship spent months researching GLP-1 therapy, hormone optimization, and longevity treatments before realizing the industry had a fundamental problem. The companies offering these treatments were focused on acquisition, not outcomes. They sent medication and disappeared.

BoldYou was built differently — from the ground up around the patient. Family founded and patient obsessed. About us & how we operate

Is Bold You Wellness a pharmacy?+
No. Bold You Wellness is a technology platform that connects patients with independent licensed healthcare providers. The medications are dispensed by our clinical partner’s network of FDA-registered 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies. Bold You does not practice medicine, issue prescriptions, or dispense medications.
Are the medications you offer FDA-approved?+
Our programs use compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide — the same active pharmaceutical ingredients as FDA-approved brand-name medications, prepared by FDA-registered 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products, but they are legal under current FDA enforcement policy when prescribed by a licensed physician and dispensed by a licensed compounding pharmacy.
Why don’t you disclose your clinical partner by name?+
Our partnership agreement with our clinical infrastructure provider requires that their name not appear in patient-facing marketing materials. This is a standard arrangement in the telehealth white-label industry. The infrastructure is real — licensed providers in every state, FDA-registered compounding pharmacies, full EHR and coaching platform. The clinical standards are not affected by this arrangement.
What states do you serve?+
All 50 U.S. states. Our initial marketing focus is on North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida — states with strong GLP-1 demand and favorable telehealth infrastructure. South Carolina is a particular focus because major competitors like Henry Meds don’t operate there, creating a first-mover opportunity. However, any patient in any U.S. state can enroll and be matched with a licensed provider.
Are you a startup? How do I know you’ll still be around in a year?+
Bold You Wellness is founder-led, built on licensed clinical infrastructure provided by an established national telehealth partner — not something we’re building from scratch ourselves. The clinical infrastructure (provider network, pharmacy, EHR, coaching platform) exists independently of us. Even in a discontinuation scenario, patient records and prescription history would remain accessible through the clinical partner’s platform.
