Why do 16 states require a video visit?
It's a state rule, not a Bold You policy. Some states require a live video visit before a provider can write the first prescription. It takes 10 to 15 minutes, it's scheduled within 24 hours of your intake, and it's included. After that, refills are reviewed online.
