Estradiol pill + progesterone
Oral estradiol with progesterone for hot flashes, night sweats, mood, brain fog, and sleep.
- Provider review and dosing
- Medication from a U.S.-licensed pharmacy
Hot flashes, weight that won't move, thinning hair, or energy that disappeared. Each has a clinician-prescribed path. Tell us what you're feeling and we'll show you exactly what's available, and what's coming.

Estrogen and progesterone start to swing, often years before periods stop. Sleep, mood, and weight are common first changes.
An illustration of typical hormone changes, not a diagnosis. Everyone's timing is different. A licensed provider reviews your history before recommending treatment.

Hormone changes, hot flashes and sleep
Hot flashes and night sweats. Mood swings or new anxiety. Trouble falling or staying asleep. Falling estrogen and progesterone drive much of this, and it's treatable.
HRT is live in all 50 states. One price covers every formulation: $79/mo, billed $237 every 12 weeks.
Oral estradiol with progesterone for hot flashes, night sweats, mood, brain fog, and sleep.
Estradiol through the skin, with progesterone, for women who prefer a topical option.
Targeted vaginal estradiol for dryness and discomfort, with progesterone support.
For women who can't take hormones or prefer not to, prescribed after a provider review.
Your provider talks through which form fits your health history.
If you still have a uterus, progesterone is prescribed with estrogen to protect its lining. If you've had a hysterectomy, you may not need it.
For many women in their 40s and 50s, it's a well-studied option. It may not be a fit if you've had breast cancer, blood clots, a stroke, heart disease, liver disease or unexplained vaginal bleeding. Your provider reviews your history before prescribing.
Your provider orders labs when they're clinically indicated. GLP-1 and hormone therapy can be prescribed together when your provider decides it's appropriate, addressing the metabolic and hormonal sides at the same time.

Weight that won't move
Abdominal weight gain, a slowing metabolism, and insulin resistance are common as hormones shift. GLP-1 medications and lower-dose microdosing help restart progress.
Compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide as a weekly injection, or semaglutide as a daily tablet. Your provider reviews PCOS or insulin resistance history.
A lower-dose GLP-1 approach, including a formula built around perimenopausal sleep and metabolic changes.
Published NEJM trials of brand-name medications alongside diet and exercise. Not results of compounded medication. Individual results vary.
Falling estrogen shifts where your body stores fat and how you handle blood sugar. GLP-1 medications work on appetite and blood sugar. Microdosing is a lower-dose start, often for a BMI between 20 and 27. Full GLP-1 is for a BMI of 30 or more, or 27 or more with a weight-related condition. Your provider can prescribe GLP-1 alongside hormone therapy when it's appropriate.
Hair thinning
Female pattern thinning is often hormonal and very treatable when caught early. Compounded topical and oral options target the cause.
A finasteride-free topical with minoxidil, designed for common female thinning patterns and scalp sensitivity.
Oral minoxidil with biotin and nutrients, for women who prefer a pill or haven't responded to topicals.
Spironolactone with a provider review, for hormone-driven thinning where it is clinically appropriate.
Female thinning is often hormonal. Minoxidil helps follicles grow, and spironolactone blocks the hormones that shrink them. Most women need 3 to 6 months to see a change. Spironolactone isn't used during pregnancy.
Always tired, foggy-headed
Cellular energy naturally declines with age, independent of weight or hormones. NAD+ and sermorelin are provider-prescribed programs for energy, sleep, and recovery.
Provider-tailored NAD+ for cellular energy, as an injection, nasal spray, or oral dropper.
A provider-supervised peptide pathway commonly used for sleep and recovery goals.
