The coach who makes your medication
actually work.
Every Bold You GLP-1 patient is paired with a personal licensed CMA — not an app, not a chatbot — who guides them through a structured 13-module program designed to build habits that outlast any prescription.

retention with coaching
Medication works. Coaching makes it stick.
GLP-1 medications suppress hunger. But hunger isn’t the only thing that drives weight gain — stress, sleep, emotional eating, and social situations do too. That’s exactly what your coach addresses, in every session, every two weeks.
† 30% and 2× are Bold You Wellness’s own internal program data comparing coached vs. uncoached patients — not from a controlled clinical trial. Individual outcomes depend on adherence, lifestyle factors, and medical history.

every coaching session
Every Bold You coaching session follows a consistent, intentional structure. You always know what to expect — and you always leave with a concrete next step.
Progress Check-In (5–10 min)
Review weight, side effects, medication adherence, and goals set in the prior session. Your coach updates your personal care plan in the member portal after every check-in.
Module Content (20–25 min)
Each session advances one module in the 13-module curriculum. Your coach presents the content, connects it to your personal situation, and answers questions in real time.
Action Item & Goal Setting (5 min)
Set one specific, measurable action item for the next two weeks — applied directly from the module just covered. Logged in your care plan. Reviewed at the next session.
Module Summary Delivered
Easy-to-reference summary sent to your portal within 24 hours. Available anytime between sessions. Your care plan updated to reflect current progress and next focus area.
Licensed CMAs — Not Wellness Coaches
Your coach is a Certified Medical Assistant — credentialed under our clinical partner’s standards and held to the same accountability as the clinical staff. Not a wellness influencer. A licensed healthcare professional.
Built for GLP-1 Patients Specifically
Every module is designed around the unique challenges of compounded GLP-1 therapy: nausea management, appetite changes, injection technique, titration milestones, and the specific behavioral shifts this medication creates.
Fully Integrated With Your Patient Portal
Sessions booked in-portal. Care plan updated after every session. Module summaries available 24/7. Message your coach between sessions for quick questions or support — responses within 24 hours.
Same Coach From Start to Finish
Your coach builds a personal care plan that evolves with you. The curriculum is the structure; your life is the content. No two care plans are identical. No handoffs to a different coach mid-program.
How the 13 modules
unfold across your program.
Coaching sessions happen every two weeks, so the 13-module curriculum runs across roughly seven months — timed to match where you actually are in your GLP-1 journey.
Beyond Goal Weight.
Most GLP-1 patients regain a substantial portion of their results within a year of stopping — a pattern well-documented in published GLP-1 discontinuation research. That’s not a failure of the medication. It’s a failure of programs that stop planning the moment you hit your number.
- Coaching (if it exists at all) ends at goal weight
- No plan for what happens after you stop titrating
- Maintenance is left entirely up to you
- Maintenance planning begins around Month 4 — before goal weight, not after
- Modules 11–13 build your personal 12-month maintenance roadmap
- Real transition options: Maintenance Microdosing or a Longevity add-on, not just good luck
Built Before You Need It
Module 12, “Maintaining Your Results,” covers the physiological reality of maintenance vs. active weight loss and builds your personal maintenance framework before you’re at goal weight — not after you’ve already started regaining.
The Psychology of Staying There
Module 8 addresses emotional eating — the primary driver of post-medication weight regain. Module 11 covers the identity shift that separates patients who keep their results from patients who don’t.
A Real Long-Term Plan
Your final session (Module 13) produces an actual 12-month roadmap: your highest-risk relapse scenarios, and your specific next step — Maintenance Microdosing, a Longevity add-on, or continuing your current plan.
Individual outcomes depend on adherence, lifestyle factors, and medical history. Maintenance planning timing may vary by patient and program.
Losing Fat. Not Muscle.
GLP-1 reduces caloric intake. Without the right protein and training strategy, muscle loss follows fat loss — that’s a nutrition and training gap, not something the medication itself causes.
Protein Targets From Session 1
Your coach sets a protein target of 1.6–2.2g per kg of body weight, accounts for your reduced appetite on GLP-1, and adjusts it at every session. Most uncoached patients undereat protein without realizing it.
Resistance Training Guidance
Module 5, “Movement & Exercise,” covers resistance training to preserve muscle mass during fat loss, timed to your dose schedule, with progressive overload strategies suited to a caloric deficit.
Coached vs. Uncoached
In our own internal program data, coached patients consistently maintain significantly more lean mass than uncoached patients on the same medication — the difference coaching is designed to make.
Not from a controlled clinical trialMuscle loss risk on GLP-1 is primarily driven by inadequate protein intake and insufficient resistance training, not the medication itself. Individual results vary.
