Does the price ever increase as my dose goes up?
No. Your monthly price is flat for the duration of your plan regardless of what dose your provider prescribes. This is one of the most important things that separates BoldYou from most telehealth companies — they increase your price as you titrate up. We do not. Ever.
What exactly does one price cover for GLP-1 programs?
Everything you need. Your clinician-prescribed medication, licensed physician review of your intake, labs ordered and paid by BoldYou, bi-weekly care coaching sessions with a Certified Medical Assistant, monthly delivery from an FDA-registered compounding pharmacy, and ongoing provider oversight. One price. Nothing hidden.
Are there any membership fees, platform fees, or hidden charges?
No. There are no membership fees, no platform fees, and no hidden charges of any kind. The only exception is the $50 initial lab fee for TRT and Enclomiphene patients — which is clearly stated on those program cards. Every other cost is included in the monthly price.
What is the difference between monthly and prepay plans?
Both plans include exactly the same medication, same provider oversight, same care coaching, and the same delivery schedule. Medication ships every 4 weeks regardless of which plan you choose. Prepay plans offer a lower monthly rate in exchange for paying multiple months upfront. You can see the exact monthly rate and total charge for every option on each card.
Does insurance cover these programs?
Our programs are direct-pay and do not go through insurance. FSA and HSA cards are accepted for eligible expenses. We recommend confirming eligibility with your FSA or HSA administrator as coverage varies by plan.
What is an FDA-registered 503A or 503B compounding pharmacy?
Compounding pharmacies create customized medications prepared to individual patient prescriptions. FDA-registered 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies operate under strict federal oversight including quality controls, third-party potency testing, and sterility testing. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products. They are prescribed by licensed independent clinicians based on individual medical evaluation and prepared by licensed pharmacists under federal oversight.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time for any reason with no cancellation fee. If your medication has already been ordered and prepared for your current billing period we are unable to issue a refund for that period. You will not be charged for any future periods after cancellation.
What if a provider determines I do not qualify?
If a licensed provider reviews your intake and determines you are not a candidate for the program you selected, you will not be charged for medication. We will contact you to discuss alternative programs that may be appropriate based on your health history.
How long does it take to receive my first shipment?
Provider review takes 24–48 hours from when you complete your intake assessment. Once your prescription is approved your medication ships within 2–3 business days from our compounding pharmacy. Most patients receive their first shipment within 5–7 business days of intake completion.
Is care coaching included in every program?
Care coaching is included in all GLP-1 weight loss programs — semaglutide injectable, tirzepatide injectable, oral semaglutide, and microdosing — and in both Alcohol Recovery options. Care coaching is not included in longevity, TRT, HRT, ED, hair restoration, or peptide programs. For those programs optional one-on-one video therapy consults are available at $149 per session for patients who want deeper support.
What happens if my medication is out of stock?
Our clinical partner maintains a multi-layered supply chain across multiple FDA-registered compounding pharmacies to minimize the risk of supply disruption. If a specific formulation is unavailable your provider will work with you on a clinically appropriate alternative.
Is BoldYou available in my state?
Our currently enrolling programs — GLP-1 weight loss, Metabolic Microdosing, and Longevity (NAD+, Sermorelin, B12 MIC) — are available in all 50 states through our network of licensed independent physicians. TRT, Enclomiphene, HRT, ED treatment, Hair Restoration, Alcohol Recovery, and Advanced Peptides are coming soon and not yet open for enrollment. Testosterone cypionate TRT is expected to launch in 35 states due to controlled substance regulations; Enclomiphene, HRT, ED treatment, Hair Restoration, Alcohol Recovery, and Advanced Peptides are expected to launch in all 50 states.
