Testosterone Support Options
for Parkersburg Residents
Not every testosterone-support option will be available everywhere. Here's what's planned for Parkersburg residents specifically once we launch.
West Virginia is also one of the 35 states where TRT (testosterone cypionate) is expected to launch through our clinical partner network. Many Parkersburg patients ask their provider whether Enclomiphene or TRT will be the better fit — both will be options here once we launch, and your provider can help you decide based on your labs, fertility goals, and preferences.
What Enclomiphene Actually Does
Enclomiphene is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) — a fundamentally different mechanism from injectable testosterone.
It tells your body to make more testosterone
Enclomiphene blocks estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus and pituitary gland. Your brain reads this as low estrogen and responds by increasing LH and FSH — the hormones that signal your testes to produce more testosterone.
Your own system does the work
Unlike TRT, which supplies testosterone from outside the body and slows your own production, enclomiphene stimulates your existing hormonal pathway. Your testes stay active, and sperm production is maintained or can improve.
One tablet, once daily
Enclomiphene is taken as an oral dissolving tablet (ODT) once daily. No injections, no topicals, no timing requirements around meals or other medications.
Provider-monitored throughout
Your provider reviews labs before prescribing and monitors your response quarterly. Enclomiphene is a non-controlled substance, so video visit requirements — when needed — are less common than with testosterone cypionate.
Two Different Approaches
to Low Testosterone
Both address low testosterone. The right choice depends on your state, fertility goals, and clinical profile — your provider makes a recommendation based on your labs.

|---|---|---|

Reasons Patients Choose This
Over Injectable TRT
Fertility Stays Intact
Because enclomiphene stimulates your own LH and FSH production rather than replacing testosterone, your testes stay active and sperm production is maintained — important for patients who want to have children later.
No Needles
A once-daily oral dissolving tablet replaces the weekly injection routine that comes with TRT — no needles, no injection site rotation, no sharps disposal.
Available Regardless of State
Because it isn't a controlled substance, enclomiphene will be available to Parkersburg residents in all 50 states, the same as TRT here in West Virginia.
Straightforward Pricing
One flat monthly price for medication and provider oversight, with lower rates available if you prepay a 12, 24, or 48-week term — no dose-based price increases.
